What is the Health Warranty?

Health Guarantee – 72 hour

All puppies come with a 72 hr ( excluding Sundays and Holidays) health guarantee that gives you time to take the puppy to your vet and have a full check up to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied the puppy must be returned to us immediately for a full purchase price refund. We require our vet to consult with your vet prior to the return of the puppy.

Health Warranty – Three year

If the puppy is diagnosed to be in poor health due to a life threatening disease/viral infection with 10 days from purchase, the puppy must be returned to us within 24 hours of diagnosis so that proper treatment may begin. If at any time the buyer chooses to treat and retain ownership of the puppy diagnosed with a life threatening disease/viral infection or a congenital/hereditary defect without informing us, all warranties are void.  No replacement will be offered from that point on. No refunds will be given. No vet bills will be paid or reimbursed, in part or in whole

The buyer will receive a like replacement puppy as soon as one becomes available.  Seller is not liable for acute or preventative treatments for internal or external parasites, worms, coccidiosis and/or giardia.

The health warranty covers the dog up to the age of 3 years (36 months) for euthanasia caused by congenital conditions.  We will require written proof from a licensed vet of the dogs/puppy’s diagnoses and cause of death.  No puppy may be euthanized within the guarantee period without first consulting us.  .

Please note that we sell all puppies for pets and companionship only and not for breeding purposes.  The buyer agrees to have the dog spayed/neutered by the age of 8 months. Proof of the spay/neuter contract will also be needed to be provided or this guarantee becomes null and void.  Buyer will choose from the next litter, but if there is not a litter within 12 months, the purchase price will be refunded.

We do not take responsibility for any medical costs for any reasons after the puppy/dog leaves Waring Creek Farm on the date of pick up, unless it is approved by us in writing.
